My ATS with "touch control" was fantastic out of the box. No manual, but I did not need one. DXing is wonderful. Audio is crazy-good! ATS will eat any antenna I throw at it without overload. I am still trying to figure to where this radio fits into my shack, BUT I probably will buy another.

It's a medium quality receiver, something like a nice game. NOT a receiver for ham radio. Nice quality but nothing more than a very simple radio. Easy menu, nice graphics, medium sound quality.

When packets arrived, a noise from the packet was heard. When I opened the receiver was in ON mode! Well, it seemed to work, but something was solved inside the device. I disassembled the receiver and found that the speaker was completely loose inside the radio unit. Very poorly attached, four clicks of glue cannot hold the speaker when transporting the device. I've reglued the speaker better, now it's stuck! However, a real error is that the decimal point in the touch display does not work. have tried with fingers and the accompanying stick but the decimal point does not work. Otherwise the receiver seems OK but I'm reluctant about the poor delivery control plus poor mount job. then I have to note the early invoicing date, being forced to call Klarna to postpone payment. No need for such a short payment period when deliveries are slow anyway. I'm not sure I have the guts to do more business with Banggood. previously purchased a Hantec PC oscilloscope that didn't work. I couldn't return, I didn't get any response from your customer service when I made the complaint. I gave up, the process that came with it was usable and it wasn't a lot of money, but I'll be careful from now on!

När paket anlände hördes ett brus från paketet. När jag öppnade befanns mottagaren i PÅ-läge! Nå, den verkade ju fungera, men någonting var löst inne i apparaten. Jag demonterade mottagaren och konstaterade att högtalaren låg helt lös inne i radioenheten. Mycket illa fastsatt, fyra limklickar kan omöjligt hålla fast högtalaren när apparaten ska transporteras. Jag har limmat om högtalaren på ett bättre sätt, nu sitter den fast! Men, ett riktigt fel är att decimalpunkten i touch-displayen inte fungerar. Har provat med fingrar och den medföljande pinnen men decimalpunkten fungerar inte. I övrigt verkar mottagaren OK men jag är besviken på den dåliga leveranskontrollen plus dåligt montagejobb. Sedan måste jag anmärka på det tidiga faktureringsdatumet, blir tvingad att ringa Klarna för att senarelägga betalningen. Onödigt med så kort betaltid när leveranserna ändå är långsamma. Är tveksam om jag törs handla mer med Banggood. Har tidigare köpt ett Hantec PC-oscilloskop som inte fungerade. Då gick det inte att returnera, jag fick ingen som helst respons från er kundtjänst när jag gjorde reklamationen. Jag gav upp, probesatsen som medföljde gick att använda och det var inga stora pengar, men jag kommer att vara försiktig i fortsättningen!
