The product was damaged when I received it, but I could replace the broken parts from our local hardware store. Otherwise it works well.

I have a 20W and it performs excellent. Mosquitos and flies, small or big explode in 1/10th of a sec. The sound is quite similar to a chinaput, loud and clear. I surely recommend this, I consider it a "BEST-BUY"
