This thermometer requires a AAA battery which was not included. The probe at home position is extremely tight. Requires a lot of force to unlock it from home position. The On / Off switch does not work. display goes off when the probe is folded to home position.

Received all in good condition. Using it as security camera. I am using CAMHI app to interface it. The APP is good, but documentation is bad. You have to click all the buttons to find out yourself what do they do. In addition, once connected to the WiFi, you can type the IP address in the browser and adjust the controls.All the stored videos are i .264 format. I tried to view them using VLC program. It did not work. Then I found out that within the CAMHI, there is a way to convert the .264 to standard .mp4 format. Again, no documentation. For some cellphone, CAMHI is incompatible. You have to use CAMHI PRO. It also works, and it is free.

Received in good condition. It did not work. So I started search. Finally found it. 1. Download and install CP210x USB to UART bridge 2. follow https://randomnerdtutorials.com/installing-the-esp32-board-in-arduino-ide-windows-instructions/ 3.Had uploading issue.I have to hold down the reset but after esptool starts to try to send for about a second or two and then release and it loads. All my other boards load with no hand holding. Hope that is what the problem is. Now it is working. Too wide for the standard bread board.

It works well. Had to download CamHi app from Google Play. Only issue is the sound. The speaker in the camera is not too good. Picture quality is good. Setup was easy, except I had to manually input the UID.
