Mcabde the global version because the china version work only in china or you can buy the china version and on the mi home app choose china country and it will work perfectly with you

Quality is good and was easy to set up. Wifi signal is boosted well. The repeater arrived needing a firmware update from 2.0.35 to 2.2.21 but I am unable to do this. Having read the forums for this repeater it appears that this is a common problem and nobody is able to update the thing ☹️😥🤬🤬
