dumitrudany there is an issue with this feature if your internet shutdown on the router then is not working to control the socket from outside network..

dumitrudany Click on the offline device, then on the right top, choose the pen, and finally remove the device. Then you need to add it again manually like you did first time. It seems that this operation is necessary also when you loose internet in the house..
