Q: Will it autodetect and support OneShot125 out of the box or do I need to adjust the settings?

nn150 THis is something that you adjust on your firmware from your FC not on the ESC. This ESC is able to do up to Dshot600 so Oneshot 125 will not be a problem

HeckerCopter i User it on dshot 600 and it works wonderfull with 48khz. Its souch a Smooth Flight

Q: What do the C/S pin and V pin represent ?

nn150 CS is probably Current sensor and V should be Vbat, so the battery voltage.

nn150 The protocol is changed in the flight controler, not the esc.
