Q: What is the purpose of the jumper that is provided with the receiver ? What is it used for ?

cjthedj77 itgets super, super hot, EVEN AT 6V, I have mine set up with a simple BEC at 5V and even then it is still pretty hot just make sure it gets some air flow at a tip to waterproofing use some plasti dip spray on the back PCB. ALSO YOU CAN COLOR THE PLASTIC COVER TO WHAT YOU LIKE.

Ziv Idon't know, for S5 it's OK, but not as high quality as the originals
