Q: does this board come with pre-installed bootloader?

alhal it's very strange I'm programing from Raspberry Pi OS Arduino 1.8.13, the port is ttyUSB0 (not coms) Unlike what others said 'ATmega328P (Old Bootloader)' did not work for me, the regular boot ATmega328P worked fine with blink example

alhal Yourpicture answered my question the shelf holding the mcpcb is hollow so it's not a suitable mod host.

Q: What type of emitter is being used? What are the lumen of the 3 modes? Does it include strobe?

Bought to replace Streamlight Micro. It's slightly larger and heavier but It works well as a gift. It has a beautiful steel finish. It is cheaper and has replaceable battery compared to Olight L2R. But Low mode is kind of high, I would love to have output similar to the Thru Nite Ti3 (moonlight - 0.04 lumens, 12 lumens, ~100 lumens) 2 negatives, comes with no instructions. and I thought I had a faulty product until I removed the clear film left behind by the sticker on the battery. All in all, it's a good product and the nichia emitter is nice to have in such a small flashlight.

It has good output, nice color choice, nice tint, but has annoying Next Mode Memory. It starts the next mode, for example, exit on high, now it starts in strobe and you have to cycle every time. Fortunately there's a pencil/graphite mod to remove to NMM and make this light so much more predictable and usable. It always starts on low - med - high afterwards.
