LFANS2001 Yes, it fits like a glove. I've got the QC35 and they are perfect. Be aware that the price is just for one pad. I was lead in mistake. If I'd know I would have ordered 6 in order to have a couple of sets as spare ones. The price is worthy of that, they do not last more than 3 years. This is my first replacement, let's see how long they will last.
