Overall, it’s satisfactory purchase. Obviously, it’s not a ‘name brand’ and therefore quality isn’t amazing. Shock towers and arms will need to be improved. I like the look of the alloy and the metal chassis. Tyres a pretty big and very soft.

This 2000kv will be used in a Mugen MBX7R, which I’ll be converting to the SCT. It will have ample torque. I’ll run it on 4S as 6S is just silly for a Short Course Truck. Excellent value for money.

I initially tried to buy the components to make an arduino GPS logger, but this SkyRC GPS logger is so much tidier. SkyRC is a reputable brand with RC accessories and this product is no different. I would prefer a better battery compartment as the access is too easily opened, so when I attach the Velcro to it, it may open unintentionally.

A very basic card. For some reason the power button in ESC needs to be held down when using this program card. Additionally the ‘soft’ start mode is a waste of time. The medium and strong settings are good.

Exactly what I was after. I can’t comment on how strong it is as it hasn’t been really pushed hard but the edges are holding up nicely.
