BG141541733 Reverse the leads! LEDs are directional; since your bike is positive earth you need to connect the red lead to earth and the black to the signal wire. Check that the metal housing is not electrically connected to the negative (black) lead before you do this; if it is then you'll need to either electrically isolate the housing or bin those and get ones with plastic housings. Either way, red must connect to positive even when positive is ground.
