rwea27a Hello! I used Tuya smart app to connect it. In order to connect and pair it with the rest smart ecosystem, access the tuya smart app and open the already installed central unit (i.e., center) of your alarm system (could also be a router or gateway, depending on your configuration). Note: Do not add a new device! Instead, add a new device from within the central unit in the app (that is tuya smart app-->central unit-->add new device). Make sure that the device (i.e., sensor), central unit and your phone (i.e., the phone where the tuya smart app is installed) are as close as possible to each other. If there is no trigger, you can press the button on the sensor a few times.
