SamDeHam yes, you can adjust the voltage to anything between 0-30V

SamDeHam it only turns on when using a large amount of power. during normal operation of lower power devices the fan usually doesn't turn on

SamDeHam it's an adapter that allows you to connect any male USB-A devices to female USB-C ports, so for example a USB stick to a phone, or a keyboard to a tablet

SamDeHam this power supply won't output more than 30V, however it can be combined with another device like a boost converter, or another power supply in series to increase the maximum voltage

SamDeHam Voltage is displayed to 0.1V accuracy, whilst current is displayed down to 0.01A
