Q: is the receiver splash proof? like driving through small puddles and such

BG235721384 Iwouldn't recommend it. Latex glove fingers with an elastic band makes a quick splash proof cover for receivers.

BG235721384 Batterygoes to ESC, BEC (possibly in ESC) supplies correct voltage to the receiver. I use these in 3S and 6S trucks.
