Q: Can you reset the minimum maximum or is it per day and does it reset itself?

marcar They should work fine with at least 3 V, probably very dimm or no light at all at 2.4 V (specifications: Forward Voltage:3.05-3.65V (250mA))Powering it with AAA batteries will not last much due to demanded current. Apart from this, when batteries discharge a bit, you will be below 3 V.Maybe a 18650 LiPo battery with higher capacity is a better option.

Ronaldsneek If temperature is reached unit turns the heater off, If temerature is below the programmed temperature it will turn the heater on again. It is not self modumating, that happens only if the thermostat and the heater are from the same brand.

Franson Pressing and holding the C/F key will reset the high/low readings. Else it will reset automatically every 24 hours (from time when batteries were inserted or from time the C/F key was pressed/held).
