I'm using genuine AMTECH from USA so I van compare them and tell you that this flux smells awful. But it does the job. Not sure about RMA type whether you have to wash it off or not, I always wash the flux away after the soldering. Never used this for BGA soldering and don't want to risk. Fluxes generally bad for you that's why your health worths to use quality stuff.

if you decided to buy an iron on 900M this (908D) is the best choice on 900M tips. With good quality, nice look and feel also with the good price. Believe me, I have two and happy with them.

Q: can i know is the 5 point 0.8 and 1.2 bits are pentalobe? and can i use 1.***** star bit for macbook pro retina model for back case opening?

it has temperature stabilization (thermistor) and ceramic heating element. My favorite iron on 900M tips. Recommended.

I purchased this kit and made my favorite soldering station so far. it just works very well with no problems keeps the temperature stable and just love its sleep mode functionality very handy. İron was purchased separately FX-9501 and it worths the money. conclusion: recommended product.
