Q: The description says connect only to Mi Home app. Is it not possible to connect to Aqara App ?

Ikariapower To switch to the Aqara app, please unplug the hub and then plug it in again, then the hub will show yellow, please wait a while. You will hear "ready to connect, please open the Mi Home app. Now please press the button 10 times quickly to restore the factory settings, and then double press the button within 10 seconds, you can hear "ready to connect, please open the Aqara app ". Now you can connect the M1S hub to the Aqara app.

Quick delivery and happy with purchase Review after one month of purchase- connects well with aqara home app and apple homekit app and works well with automations. I have binded the sensor with M1S gateway and the connection is pretty strong. Battery level was 80% on delivery but this is fine. Happy with purchase, delivery was pretty fast, took only 10 days to reach my place in India. Seller recommended.

fast delivery in Greece. it couldnt bind to aqara home but after a few research online found this.... press 10 times button on the hub, it will factory reset and in a few seconds you will hear chinese voice promt telling you that hub is being reset. after you hear it press button twice. you should hear ding sound and after a while chinese prompt "bla bla bla aqara app bla bla bla".
