Q: Which voltage this motor works with and what esc do I need (I dont want the original)

Bridgie76 not sure on voltage but I'm using a common upgradeable 30amp brushed esc for wpl c series trucks....there is also a 20 amp option...or you could use a res v3 as a receiver esc combo with engine sound and optional channels for winch etc
