raffnixss Installand download the CH341 drivers. You can find them here: www.wch.cn download CH341SER_EXE.html add slashes between the spaces.

Q: How to remove the Props? I dont want to damage them..

raffnixss I unscrewed the screws a bit, just enough for them to poke out of the core, then I pushed on them with my thumbs while pulling on the props with my index fingers, removed the screws and then it was just a matter of spinning the prop back and forth while holding the motor bell.
