Q: I have a 5 W laser build on the frame of 2.5 w laser. Now the motors sometimes stand still and then go further, laser stays on, so my laser picture gets out of line.. what causes this?

s_grimm The problem might be the same that the control board is letting the PWM output float. The Laser Board seems to have a PullUp Resistor on the TTL line. So a not conneted TTL line generates 100% output !!!! This happend for me also during the USB-Init. I've fixed it by adding a resistor of 1kOhm between the TTL and Ground.
