chriscc cw or ccw refers to the thread on the shaft. there is no thread. it's both. esc or wire swap will change direction.

chriscc will need more info to recommend. to me these are awesome. can say I put duck tape in the inside to keep them from bulging.

chriscc it depends on your controller. I can go up to 7.4v.
