BG353897194 For the most part no...but mine did have the drive gear meshed a bit too tightly which was nice to get set the way I wanted it. But...there IS one thing you should check and that's the slipper clutch adjustment which on mine was WAY too tight. It actually was a bit of a bear to loosen the first time...sucker was stuck hard! Once you get it broken loose the manual shows how to adjust it properly....you want it to slip a little when it lands from a jump for instance which protects the whole drive assembly and can save breaking things. While talking to you about this car...which I really like... if yours has the Dumborc receiver you can easily switch to the 'G' version (last letter) which has a stability gyro function built in. VERY nice thing to have!! When the back end tries to fishtail and slide (which this ridiculously powerful car does effortlessly) it automatically corrects the steering which really helps you keep it going where you want. They're cheap (maybe $35 or so) and well worth the cost. Enjoy the Cheetah!
