Q: can it support BRC 18650 7800 mah 3.7 v li-ion cells?

Bushmills but even if a cell says "7800mAh", it won't have 7800mAh. About 3500 is currently the max, for cheaper cells you're more likely to get around 1500 to 2500 mAh

Bushmills I think you can calculate that yourself: USB is 5 volt (at least the non-quick-charge), and provided you wanted to pull 0.5A Ampere from each of the sockets at the same time, 5 Ampere be needed. Don't use a QC (quick charge) capable charger - those may raise voltage far above 5 V after negotiation, possibly killing hub or other connected devices.

Bushmills in the UK they say "how big is a banana?", but to be more precise, these connectors are smaller than bananas.
