A very small, sturdy, well-made thermal camera. It works very well. Very good somehow thermal image and smoothly conveys the image. I would highly recommend it. The manual focus adjustment can be seen from very close by the heating system and read and replace it.

Camera itself is more than fine. 256x192 px might seem like low resolution, but combined with manual focus this thing can literally show 102 resistor, distinguishable from surrounding components. or - if you wish - a hotter pimple on your skin ;p. Build quality also seems like it's very sturdy little tool, there's no fear that camera will fall in your hands apart. Software and USB-C connector is another story. Xtherm infrared from Play store constantly looses connectivity with cam. These interruptions lasts for 3-5 secs but are annoying, as every disconnect-reconnect cycle you loose temperature overlay and saved measured points (like when you touch point on screen to measure exactly this spot - at reconnection you return to plain thermo vision, without temperatures readings). Same goes for connector. i thought that USB-C in my 4months old phone might be wiggly. But same was in almost 4 years old phone and 1 year old laptop. Camera connected through supplied extension cord also doesn't like to be touched, despite it is crucial to set focus. Last but not least - there's no software for Linux. I understand that my OS of choice is niche, however oscilloscope, multimeter and LiPo charger does have (and had from manufacturer) even demo software allowing to do basic measurements. I know there are linux and windows SDKs, yet only demo app which i seen on youtube is supplied for windows. On the bright side it is general UVC-compliant device, so as long as you don't care about temperature readings and are happy with grayscale measurements, it's a plug and play device. After all - it's a gamechanger for small workshop/ hobbyist as i am. You can create your own tight extension cord and mount cam on a stand, canceling all torques that socket-plug connection might experience during focusing. It's image quality and level of details is outstanding. definetely would buy again.
