In a previous order from 3 of this item was 1 faulty (broken,didnt work at all from the beginning). I tried it our several times in other wall sockets with no success._After some discussion with the banggood support team (showing picture and video evidences about the faulty product),they offered me the choice of getting a refund or sending me a new one to replace the faulty one. Because i wanted 3 from this product,i chose the 2nd option._After a while (packiging,shipping time) i got my package with the new item. Now i used it for a few days already and it works great. Im really happy about how we could resolve this issue._Nice support! And the product has great features as well._I recommend for purchasing items from this site and also the product._Thanks
