I've ordered and received two. One works perfectly, but the other one will not clear. I've shorted out the battery terminals as suggested, but it does not help. The installed battery itself was dead and swollen reading below 200mV, suggesting a possible short in the device. I've tried with a new battery, but no success. It will not clear at all. The working one is in perfect working order.
