The string action ruler has extremely sharp edges and I will have to dull it before use on my guitar as it might do some serious damage. The radius gauges are excellent as well as the feeler gauges - which are oiled to prevent rusting. The fret file could be a bit better finished, however should be fine provided you are CAREFUL, as it also has some rough edges. The fret protectors will also need some finishing before use as their edges are also VERY sharp and could probably cut paper. This being said. Most of the problems can be fixed quickly with a little bit of patience and care and the feeler gauges and radius gauges make the set completely worth while.
