The product is compatible with USB 3.1 Gen 2. The thermal pad does not come out of the box. I think that's lack. It comes with only one cable, but in both USB A and USB C form. The copy speed is almost reaching theoretical speeds at appropriate pprts. 400 mb in gen 1 and 1050 mb in gen 2. samsung 970 evo plus, adata legend 800, samsung pm9a 1, with samaung 980 pro ssd s, it disconnects when copying files on samaung s23 ultra phone. There is no problem with the sk hynic bc711. Other than that, I had no problems with my PC. A beautiful and elegant product.

Easy installation of SSD. At first i made a mistake and put the slide the wrong way in. With this the LED could not be seen. LED have glow effect red, green, blue, lime, baby blue and purple. It gets warm when in use. The cooling effect seems to work.
