The delivery time to Germany was exactly 20 days. Tracking from China to Germany has worked well. Then 10 days passed without further information. Then the goods mail was delivered, which I could not see in the Dhl app, although it was listed there from day 1 - which gave me security regarding the delivery. But at banggood itself the tracking was available up to my doorstep, just with the said 10 days break. The flashlight came with no scratches and was once again sealed in foil in the package itself, which had no dents or anything like that. The lamp itself is very nice and has nice additional features such as "storms" or flickering "candle light". It weighs approx. 200 grams and is almost 10cm long. The light color is neutral white, just 5000k. The 2800 lumens stated for the Turbo mode get there when I compare this lamp to my other ones. And it gets warm pretty quickly in the turbo. The heavy brass cannot prevent this either. My Imalent ms03 gets much hotter in turbo and much faster, but it also has 13000 lumens. My Fenix e16 also gets hot faster despite only 700 lumens. The Olight Baton 3 performs best with your 1200 lumens in this regard. I don't want to have to give any of these bulbs back. But visually the most beautiful is the LM10. If I had to criticise anything at all, it would be the slight tinny smell on the hand when you touch the flashlight. But this one flies quickly and is due to the material. For example, if you touch a brass goblet, you have that. I'm glad I bought the flashlight and give the whole transaction deserve 5 stars. This was my first purchase at banggood, but certainly not my last. With kind regards

Die Lieferzeit nach Deutschland betrug genau 20 Tage. Tracking von China bis nach Deutschland hat gut funktioniert. Dann vergingen 10 Tage ohne weitere Informationen. Dann wurde die Warenpost ausgeliefert, was ich zwar nicht in der Dhl-App sehen konnte, obwohl sie ab Tag 1 dort aufgeführt war - was mir Sicherheit bezüglich der Auslieferung verschaffte. Aber bei banggood selbst war das Tracking bis zu meiner Haustür verfügbar, eben halt mit den besagten 10 Tagen Pause. Die Taschenlampe kam ohne Kratzer und war im Paket selbst, welches keine Dellen oder Ähnliches hatte, noch einmal in Folie eingeschweißt. Sehr gut. Die Lampe selbst ist sehr schön und hat nette Zusatzfunktionen wie “Gewitter” oder flackerndes “Kerzenlicht”. Sie wiegt inklusive Batterie ca. 200 Gramm und ist knapp 10cm lang. Die Lichtfarbe ist neutralweiß, eben 5000k. Die für den Turbomodus angegebenen 2800 Lumen kommen hin, wenn ich die Lampe mit meinen anderen vergleiche. Und Sie wird im Turbo ziemlich schnell warm. Das schwere Messing kann das auch nicht verhindern. Meine Imalent ms03 wird im Turbo viel heißer und das viel schneller, Sie hat aber auch 13000 Lumen. Meine Fenix e16 wird auch schneller heiß trotz nur 700 Lumen. Die Olight Baton 3 schneidet mit Ihren 1200 Lumen diesbezüglich am besten ab. Ich möchte keine dieser Lampen wieder hergeben müssen. Aber optisch am schönsten ist die LM10. Wenn ich überhaupt etwas kritisieren müsste, dann wäre das der leicht blecherne Geruch an der Hand, wenn man die Taschenlampe angefasst hat. Aber dieser verfliegt schnell und ist dem Material geschuldet. Wenn man beispielsweise einen Messingkelch anfasst, hat man das auch. Ich freue mich, die Taschenlampe gekauft zu haben und vergebe der ganzen Transaktion verdiente 5 Sterne. Das war mein erster Kauf bei banggood, aber sicher nicht mein letzter. item looks and works great, had to order batteries separate and came in later but once in they worked great everything is as advertised except one thing, it's not super huge but I was missing the spare set of o-rings and am hoping someone reaches out to me. it's not very clear to me anyway how to get ahold of customer service regarding this problem
