For what it is its a good bit of kit and does help with the sound depending on your microphone but that's down to insta. As far as banggood are concerned the product was well packaged and arrived super quick with the 8-10 days delivery option.

Got the package much earlyer than expected. Haven't tried the mic adapter on the camera yet, but I expect it will work fine.

Does what is says and works on other devices. The audio isn't great on the Insta360, though, but I think that's more a camera problem than an adapter problem.
