It feels a bit cheap, because it is light, however, given the choice, with it’s solid construction, I would go with the light model anyway as it is something I use quite regularly and it would be a pain if it was as heavy as a camera or something. No internal battery is needed so there is more weight saved.
The balancing feature is what I felt set this unit apart. I can pre-balance cells before they go on the charger or into storage. It is much more accurate than the cheap voltage testers as I have many (with the two buzzers on the top and the pins on the bottom) and can say with certainty that they provide a huge range of results for the same battery, therefore, not dependable for good battery management.
You’d never put this in a quad though, but knowing the battery cells are actually balanced

Nur die displayfolie finde ich nicht so gut.
Der Aufkleber zum festhalten klebt so fest, daß es beim abziehen die Schutzfolie beschädigt 😑
By MrSmith25/11/2017This little battery checker and balancer comes with a manual, a screen protector and a sticker set. The lipo balancing works fine. Sometimes you have to do it twice for a good result. USB charging from lipo to handy works also good with 0.8A and 4.1W. The only thing i dont like are the 3 buttons. They feel cheap. A wheel like on the SC-608 would be much better. When you think the price is a lot to much for a battery checker check out the older version from ISDT @ https://bit.ly/ISDT3 And make sure
