Unfortunately, even though the attached operating instructions are multilingual, English is not included. I tried to install it using the German language and downloaded the health parts for it, and it worked fine in the end. Two types of arm straps have been added, both black, one plastic and the other metal. Thanks, Bela.

I like this watch. Simple, clear with a huge display. They dont provide as many features as expensive models, but they are absolutely OK for my needs. The workmanship is at a very high level and the two bracelets that came with the watch simply have no flaws. Both blue rubber and mextal. I like both of them and since they are very easy to exchange, I will definitely use them both. Features such as blood oxygenation and pulse measurements are surprisingly accurate. However, measuring blood pressure is completely wrong in my case. But I dont mind, because I have to use medical devices anyway. Overall, I am very satisfied that I found a smartwatch to my liking and for what I think is a great price.
