It's all plastic. It's well lit,but the 5000k synhomers are on the verge of cold light. I don't recommend a bedroom. I put it in the kitchen, it's good and it gives me enough light. I'm satisfied with that kind of money.

Product received as advertised, planning to install it in the bathroom soon. Delivery time was great, it took one week for it to be delivered from the Poland warehouse to my door. Problem is, that from Poland to my country the package was delivered by DHL. When it arrives in my country, the package is being transferred from DHL to one of my country's local courier company and here the problem begins, because the contact delivery details are somehow lost in transition so if you don't have a tracking number, your package will most likely be sent back, because the tracking number will have the status: "no contact delivery address".
