The tip of the sprayer is long so be careful and do not push it in the ear too far. I have been using it several times now on different people and even the most stubborn earwax came out without any pain. I dont even need to use any other tools to remove the ear wax, i recommend this product to everyone, super easy to use and awesome results.

not to sure how much wax came out but did find a few spots of other stuff and my ears feel better after the wash
