Using "smart life" (tuya) you will set any gear to any speed, you will find a kind of "progress bar" you can move the speed with ease, i put the 3rd to 45km/h and it goes to this speed when fully charged if you don't face the wind, i did not try but i think the end of that bar is 50km/h. Remember it is only 36V 500W so if you're not a light person you will stress battery/controller and motor if you ask too much to this scooter, i only go to 30+ when i have a good feeling regarding the wind and if the road does not climb.
