Perfect camera, good quality picture and video. @ night LED takes over and you have a bright and natural look. With the Camhi app you can use is everywhere you want. If you have wifi or ethernet ofcourse. We ordered some cameras and notice there are some extreme fragile parts in this camera. The driveweel on both motors are extreme fragile. If its broken dont stress. BG have a great costumercare service. So for this price and quality i give it a go. +++Product, service and shippingspeed are perfect!

I bought one already in feb. 2017. As written at the time, it is not waterproof and you have to protect it from water. But it can stay outside. This one has a mike, not the other. The firmware now recognize only one profile, the ADMIN ! My older one had three, ADMIN USER GUEST. The set up, firmware, doc are a pain as common to all these unbranded cameras but at least this one you can make it work OK. It is why i bought a second one and got rid of the ESCAM that needed a different soft.

It is a good quality product PTZ camera. The glass dome could get some more attention as it does reflect the IR LED lights, but is only costs peanuts compared to other similar products. The picture is nice and has a wide view angle. The servo motors are a bit slow but not disturbingly. Overall I like the product very much and could pair it with my Synology DS via ONVIF. The UI could use some more scheduling and intelligence. Works with Cam Hi excellently and quickly.

First, I doubt it is for outdoor use. No closed box, no gasket. Anyway, I mounted it outdoor but protected from the rain and it worked fine even at -10°. Daytime picture is nice, night time not so good as the IR reflects on the dome and give a hazy picture. Set up is OK and it is ONVIF compliant and recognized by other software. This is far better than the Escam Q500 that requires it own CMS. I would like to know and have a link to the manufacturer. Seems to be Suneyes ?

I am setting a home surveillance system and found these cameras by chance. Specs versus price are fantastic! they have everything one could need in order to build a high quality video system for day and night surveillance. I am waiting to see how they stand outdoors in winter, but hope they live to expectations.

Works fantastic in daytime. Nite time is a little funky because the IR led's reflect back off of the plastic dome. Almost useless at nite. I would still buy another one.

OK camera but little noise when you turn the camera. the led are Bright in the night so everyone can see the camera. videoquality is good. zoom is good. focus is OK and presets are awesome. no audio recording. motion detection is awesome tooo

3 months ago i received this camera, and i still cannot get a picture. At first, Rosie (with very poor grammar) explained that i need no password when i setup the camera with user name 'admin'. When i wrote back that i could not get a picture, she tried to get me to install it on my phone. I replied that i didn't want it on my phone. She kept trying to get me to do this, and instead of helping me, she sent me the users manual, sent a video of how to connect it, asked me to send pictures and videos,
