The product arrive quicklu and its nice. Although I thought it'd be filled, but it wasn't, I reached out to the super team regarding that, and I was told a way to fill it myself. Also, it was mentioned in the product description that it won't be filled.

Unacceptable, the worst thing I've ever seen, I got the pillow without a refill, and besides, no connection as I saw it from the picture... they didn't even suggest a filling or write it down
