I didn't use this as a replacement for a PSP, I took off the analog stick and put it on my new 3DS to replace the c stick's rubber nub. Looks and feels legit, don't know if the electronics work since I didn't use that part of the product.

I got this to use on my arduino projects. Works perfectly as an analog joystick. The low profile is perfect for many projects. The textured 'knob' is great - fingers don't slide off the joystick when making quick movements.
