    Attenzione: Il COB non può essere collegato direttamente ad una batteria o ad un alimentatore da 12V perché non ha una resistenza interna per la limitazione della corrente. Per una corretto funzionamento può essere collegato a un alimentatore da 12V con in serie una resistenza da 8-10 ohm 2W oppure ad un alimentatore a corrente costante (ad es 350 mA). Con 350 mA la tensione ai capi del COB è di circa 9V e la potenza è di circa 3W.
