The LED taillight comes over better on Bang Good page as in real. If you want to make the back light on or off you have to push long and with more force a no-go for me. Still no go is when the batteries are all you need to cross screwdriver screwdriver while having the Long screws unscrew. The LED light is bright and very good (I have tested the red one). The Laser light is also bright for use when it is dark outside. It has got a very good quality for that price but I am not sure if the battery cover is good enough protected against water when the lamp is permanent in use under rainy weather conditions. But normally you take the lamp with you, when you park your bicycle, so it should be no problem. But could be better sealed. Tip: To turn the lamp on you have to HOLD the buttons
