Good replacement for my original rework iron which burned up in a LiIon fire. It seems to want slightly shorter tips than OEM, so I had to make some adjustments. There is also a few seconds delay before the iron begins to heat, which I did not see on the orginal. The main point is that it heats up pretty quickly and reaches 480C. This replacement appears to be doing that.
