I ordered 3 rolls and all 3 are soldered segments of about 2 feet. This causes a big voltage drop when joining two 5 meter lengths. I started with + and - on one end, ran a parallel supply lead to the other, to make lights even brightness. They work well after you run extra wire to feed the other end also.
