Hello dear Banggood team, the device and accessories, you sent to me, do not match what you published on your homepage and what I ordered. The following is wrong: You delivered a soft case even though you advertised a hard case on your homepage (see the attached images). The accessories do not fit into this too small soft case (see pictures). All accessories are sloping and disorganized in the soft case. You have also included an instruction manual for a 3D device, even though I ordered and received the 4D device. The 4D cross line laser does not work according to the specified accuracies (specification: horizontal / vertical accuracy: +/- 0.2 mm / 1 m). Real measured: +/- 0.5 mm / 1 m or 5 mm / 10 m. The H/V-control works incorrectly: e.g. in the case of H-contact, the vertical laser is also activated, etc. Conclusion: I urgently need a functioning device (including accessories) with a hard case. Therefore I urgently ask for an immediate exchange. If this is not possible, I ask for immediate reimbursement of the costs I have paid. great product, it is already the fourth I purchase, the calibration is excellent, and the spokes are seen well even at distances over 10 mt

Great product, super accessory. It has 4 projection lines, 2 vertical and 2 horizontal. The lines of the lasers with green light are visible at a good distance, with penumbra you can see well up to 20 mt. Ottimo prodotto, superaccessoriato. Ha 4 linee di proiezione, 2 verticali e 2 orizzontali. Le linee dei laser con luce verde sono visi bili ad una buona distanza, con penombra si vedono bene fino a 20 mt.
