Grabthe middle nut with pliers. Then use 1.5mm hex screwdriver or allen key to put in drive cup side with the gear and turn it clockwise.

juanjon For drift you need straight diff, glue it up, that's what I did, heat it up to loosen glue and you're original again.

eojyam78 all you have to do is cut a small peice of cardboard to the inner diameter of the diff housing and set it on top of the small gears inside the diff. doing it this way allows you to unlock it with the reverse process ie take the card board out if you glue it its permanent
