They came packed in esd safe bags. At the back some white paste which was easy to clean. tried 3 and all 3 have an ouput of 4.995 to 5.08 volts which is very acceptable. Soldering looks good and inputs are very easy to solder. For the price they are very good. The only drawback is the lack of holes to attach them to something.
