To my knowledge you can't do that with transmitter sold with this plane. Some rc planes from other brands offer the possibility to choice left hand throttle or right hand but the customer has to select the option when he bought the item. I have never seen for this kind of little aircraft some of them sold with a switchable transmitter between one or the other of the two modes. Maybe some people who are very clever with electronic and programming microcontrollers could do that but not sure because often inside the transmitter the potentiometers are not the same on the right and the left and it's impossible without massive modifications...
