BG414616934 With Banggood support you have to be persistent. You must include photos and a video. Then you must followup every 24 to 48 hours with a message "status please" so the ticket doesn't get closed.. If you follow these steps they will usually come up with some sort of solution. While this is gnerally an annoying way to do business, I have found that unlike dealing with the seller this approach does work out well in the end. BG doesn't want to lose your business so they do have incentive to make things right if you persist.

BG414616934 Timewill set when the app on your phone connects to the watch. I am unaware of anther way.
Q: Charging cable picture ? Is it USB-3 plug ? Picture of the hole/plug on the device ? Thank you.

BG414616934 It comes with a charging cable that magnetically attaches. Not sure about the other end, but most likely it is USB-A

BG191045425 Older computer USB Type A to Hub you can use only usb ports in hub. Still you can't use HDMI and RJ45 Ports.

BG414616934@BG955161711 THereis no phono input. This isn't just a matter of input sensitivity. A phono preamp has to have the RIAA equalization curve or your records will not sound right. You could use an external preamp.
