Didgitalpunk ifthat radio has a kenwood comms plug, then most likely. check the radio's manual before buying, it should tell you about programming requirements.

Didgitalpunk beforestretching. don't expect it to stretch, it's very stiff and if you expect it to stretch it'll be so tight that it'll be uncomfortable
