First of all I'm a noob but that being said I still did a lot of research when I ordered this radio it was still pretty new and not much info about it. It seems like 2 days after I ordered they unlocked all of the reviews and I was getting worried. I ordered to go with this the "tinyhawk S" which come to find out does not bind with this radio because the radio doesn't have D8 mode and you need another part that hooks to the radio and you're good. I thought I was covered because when I ordered there was a suggested part by Banggood said I would need so I ordered the suggested part which was the "Frsky R9 MM 4/16CH ACCESS 900MHz Long Range Telemetry Receiver with an Inverted S.Port Output" $25.99. They were wrong. What I need is the "• FrSky 2.4GHz XJT Lite External Transmitter Module for FrSky X Lite S/Pro X9 Lite Transmitter and ACCST D16 D8 LR12 Receiver" $25.99. SO it took a month to get the wrong part and my radio, and additional 2 weeks until my drone showed up and I ordered the transmitter to make it all work on Sept. 30, 2019 it is now Oct. 21, 2019 and I just looked at the tracking and it hasn't even left the warehouse yet to go to the plane (1 week) then to fly to America (1 week) and to get delivered to me (1 week). So I will have had my drone, radio, and googles sitting there driving me nuts for 3 months before I can fly. Also I can not get my radio to work with any of the drone sims either. Did I get a factory reject or what? So far has been a very frustrating time consuming and expensive experience. I wish they would tell you this stuff.

wattermelon In writing banggood looks like they tried to resolve this issue. Im getting ready to order this quad copter myself and would like to see if this was made right. Was it Randy? Please do a follow up response. Sorry about your loss, I hope they made it right. Banggood has always corrected issues that I have had in the past.

My unit has arrived DOA and the only help I get on the support forum is some smart-assed kid telling me to read the manual. The controller is dead, won't communicate with the X21. Is there a real customer service email somewhere. I just lost $200 on this thing and am not real happy.
