jeff it is about 10 wats They last long I have mine for las three years and still works like I bought it yesterday very impressed product worth the money.

jeff you can wash it on very low temperature but I normaly just take a clean damp cloth and wipe mine clean and I make sure I keep it hang up.

jeff Hello The correect size will be 4XL OR 5XL REMEMBER YOU DO NOT HAVE TO ZIP IT CLOSE it still works perfectly even when un zipped.You also can wear it over your or under your shirt or jersey.

jeff Hi you need to order 5xl or 4xl but you won't be able to zip up.......but relax you will still stay nice and warm or Hot and the vest still works perfectly.

jeff hi my Brazil friend hope you well they are designed for 110 &220 V so you will be able to use it if your voltage is 110 or 220 even 240 max😃

jeff You can use in shower but they work much better in Hair Salons and in the Kitchen,advise for showers go for 3500W units. They take long time to heat, but all the tanks are designed that when they reach a 55* they slowly reduce the heat,they also have on the side of the unit a small pressure release valve to release extra steam build up in the unit for safety.
